The IDEA Research Community has been established to support and encourage development education research amongst IDEA members and I have been hired to develop this community. The research community aims to be relevant to members needs and will have a strong capacity building element.

Mayfield Community Arts Centre Newbury House invites you to attend their Youth Seminars that are taking place in June 2010.

The ‘Youth Perspectives’ seminar June 16th and 17th will explore local and global citizenship, include creative youth-led workshops, look at case studies from Ireland and Latin America, and explore non-formal education and formal education methodologies, practices and links.
