Dear IDEA members,

As you all know IDEA embarked on a mid-term review of its current strategic plan in March 2010 to evaluate progress against our strategic objectives and to see if the current strategy is still a viable framework in relation to the new contexts in which we are working in since 2009 (recruitment of full time staff, changes in the socio-economic and political contexts, etc.).
Since IDEA is governed through its members an important part of this process was getting feedback from you, our members, on our work.
