Carlos Bruen is a researcher on the "Global Health Initiatives in Africa" project at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). This project, a part of the Global HIV/AIDs Initiatives Network (GHIN) and involving researchers from 21 countries, is examining the impact global health initiatives (GHIs) are having on the health systems of countries in receipt of health funding.
