Welcome to the IDEA E-Circular for 03 September 2015.

This week we have a reminder about our upcoming events along with news about the Action2015 Light the Way event in Dublin on 24 Sept. We also have trainings, seminars, and events from ActionAid, the Latin America Solidarity Centre (LASC), the Centre for Global Education, the Carmichael Centre, Development Studies Association (DSA) Ireland and Comhlámh, along with a call for volunteers from Dóchas and a conference on COP21 from Trinity International Development Initiative (TIDI). We also have funding opportunities from RBS and the Irish Youth Foundation, job opportunities from ChildFund, Debt and Development Coalition Ireland (DDCI) and the Centre for Global Education, and the latest top reads and resources such as The World's Largest Lesson and a list of practical ways you can take action to respond to the refugee crisis.

Light the way - Action2015
On 24 September,  citizens around the world will be joining together in their countries and communities to 'Light The Way' to a better future as leaders declare the Global Goals in New York. Join them and us at 8pm on the Millennium Bridge in Dublin to call on world leaders to bring about an end to poverty, stop inequality and fight climate change.
