IDEA is hosting a webinar on Measuring Impact for longer-term Development Education projects on Wednesday 11 October, 11.30am to 1:00pm. This will be facilitated by Alasdhair Collins of DP Evaluation, UK.

The webinar will look at how to carry out effective Monitoring and Evaluation for Development Education projects over 3-5 years, including:

  • Key terminology and clarifications on concepts
  • The impact chain
  • Data collection

It may be of interest to those planning multi-annual Development Education projects such as EU funded projects, Irish Aid Strategic Partnerships or building on the work of projects funded through Annual Grants. The webinar will also be relevant to practitioners implementing multi-annual projects as we will looks at examples of tools and some innovative approaches to collecting data.
