Join ActionAid Ireland for the Irish premiere of Girls From Earth this Sunday 25 June at 4:00pm in Filmbase, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. This powerful new documentary explores the impact of female genital mutilation (FGM) through the eyes two young women in both Africa and Europe. They will be joined by three women’s rights leaders from Kenya who will share stories of progress made towards ending gender based violence in their community, where FGM has been reduced by 27% over the past four years.
