This practical workshop will take you through the process of how to create a budget and how to present it within the context of the Irish Aid Development Education Annual Grant guidelines. The event will be facilitated by Aonghus Sammin, Bradán Consulting, who specialises in financial management and strategic planning and is also Chairman of Spunout.
