Call for Tender: Consultant for IDEA Strategic Plan 2019-2023
IDEA is looking for a consultant to support our work on the development of the IDEA Strategic Plan 2019-2023.
This will involve:
- Carrying out a contextual analysis, focusing on both current and future contexts
- Designing and delivering a focused consultation with members and other relevant stakeholders
- Reviewing IDEA’s vision, mission and values
- Framing our strategic aims for the future of IDEA
- Articulating an ambitious 5 year strategic plan with measurable targets.
