ECO-UNESCO’s Youth Leadership Training

ECO-UNESCO (Clubs) Ireland, as a Key Partner of UNESCO for the implementation of the UNESCO Global Action Programme, is accepting applications for the Flagship UNESCO ‘Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Youth Leadership’ training, which they will be running 21-22 February. As part of the UNESCO Global Action Programme (GAP) the training aims to empower young people to inspire and mobilise others to take action towards a more sustainable and just future. It is a fantastic opportunity for young people to be part of a global network of youth leaders. 

Deadline for application is 06 February.

IDEA is seeking a consultant to support its team in organising the Annual Conference and 20th Anniversary on Wednesday 04 September. This will include support in various areas as described in the Terms of References. The IDEA annual conference is a core part of our work and has been held annually for over a decade. More information on all previous conferences is available on our website and specifically here for 2023 and here for 2022 . This year the theme focuses on the impact of GCE in Ireland and we will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of IDEA. Please submit your CV highlighting relevant experience, referees for similar work, and a brief proposed plan/methodology. This proposal should include a proposed no. of days and staff involved (if relevant) and fee to anya@ideaonline.ie . The full Terms of Reference is here .
