NYCI: YOUNG VOICES – YOUTH CONSULTATION

The National  Youth Council of Ireland and the Department of Children and Youth Affairs want to invite you to a Youth consultation as part of the European wide Structured Dialogue Cycle V theme   'Enabling all young people to engage in a diverse, connected and inclusive Europe'.

WHO? Young people 15 – 30yrs who want to have their voices heard
WHAT? A consultation with young people on issues like 'identity', 'diversity', 'inclusion' and to influence policy at national and European level.
WHEN? July 28th 10.30am to 4pm
WHERE? Pearse St Library, Dublin
WHY? Because young people must be part of these conversations!

WHATS NEXT? All those attending the consultation can apply to be part of the Irish delegation to the next EU Youth Conference in Slovakia in October.

IDEA is seeking a consultant to support its team in organising the Annual Conference and 20th Anniversary on Wednesday 04 September. This will include support in various areas as described in the Terms of References. The IDEA annual conference is a core part of our work and has been held annually for over a decade. More information on all previous conferences is available on our website and specifically here for 2023 and here for 2022 . This year the theme focuses on the impact of GCE in Ireland and we will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of IDEA. Please submit your CV highlighting relevant experience, referees for similar work, and a brief proposed plan/methodology. This proposal should include a proposed no. of days and staff involved (if relevant) and fee to anya@ideaonline.ie . The full Terms of Reference is here .
