The Global Citizen Award (GCA) is inviting interested persons to tender for an evaluation of the Award programme. 

The purpose of this independent research is to determine and outline the quantitative and qualitative successes or otherwise of the Global Citizen Award in achieving its goals and delivering its anticipated outcomes. 

The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is Tuesday, 02 August.  It is envisaged that the Tender will be awarded shortly after this date and work will commence in August. The final report should be presented no later than Friday 23 September.
