Recruitment services to help find our next CEO in IDEA
IDEA invites tender submissions from interested recruitment agencies/consultants to provide recruitment services to IDEA in recruiting a CEO. Specifically, the recruitment services will work with the Board of IDEA (our ‘National Council’). This service will include working with our board on job design and developing the job specification as well as advertising the post, proactively identifying suitable candidates, shortlisting candidates and supporting the Board with the recruitment and appointment of the successful candidate.
