INTO launches Global Citizenship School

The INTO's Global Citizenship School initiative was officially launched at the INTO Congress in Ennis on Tuesday, 7 April. A Global Citizenship School is a school which promotes a more just, equitable and sustainable world.

The initiative aims to encourage and facilitate primary schools in learning about and acting upon global issues. It is also open to anyone in the Human Rights / Development Education field to promote or make use of the potential of getting whole school involvement across the country.

Schools can apply to be admitted before the end of May. Find out more  here.
