As part of our Summer Series, we are hosting a Conversation Circle on Hot Topics on the Doorstep, Tuesday 16 July 12.30 – 2pm, in the IDEA Office. This will be led by candidates in the recent local and European elections including Alan Hayes, Eilis Ryan, and Sandra Fay.

They will be sharing what they heard ‘on the doorstep,’ particularly in relation to issues such as social justice, sustainable development, climate change. This will be an opportunity to discuss and reflect on public consciousness and awareness of global and social justice issues, and identify possible opportunities at local authority (and European) level to bring global and social justice issues onto the agenda.
